In this case we will have informed you when you access to our service and by providing that data to us you agree that you have obtained consent from those individuals in the phone books.
CONFIDENTIALITY, DISCLOSURE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company does not trade your personal information and contact information for gain without your written consent. If you purchase our business partners’ products or services including without limitation insurance products, your personal data will be transferred to that business partner and your personal data will be used, processed and stored in accordance with that business partner’s privacy policy, which is outside our control. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE HONG KONG
If necessary, the Company may transfer the personal data to places outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for carrying out the purposes, or the directly related purposes, for which the personal data were collected. All the transfer of those personal data will be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the PDPO.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. If your mobile number is used for account login, you shall ensure that timely update is made by logging in to your account at “Account Profile” when your mobile number is to be changed or returned to your mobile operator. This is important to ensure that your account information will not be accessed by a third party who may have acquired the right to use your discarded mobile number. You are solely responsible for securing your account in this particular way. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage in this regard.
Unless there is a mandatory legal requirement for us to keep your personal data for a specified period, we will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data were originally collected.
DIRECT MARKETING
From time to time, the Company may use your personal data to send you news, offers, promotions and joint marketing offers and the Company requires your consent for that purpose. We may contact you by email, in-app notifications, social media, text/picture/video message or mail.

Upon receipt of your request, we shall cease to so use your personal data as soon as possible without charge to you.

Limited Warranty
Game Source Entertainment ("Company") warrants to the original purchaser that the physical game disc, game cartridge (if applicable), and any physical components included in the product packaging (excluding consumable items) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products distributed by Game Source Entertainment and purchased from authorized retailers.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if the Company determines that a covered product contains a manufacturing defect, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
· Repair the defective product;
· Replace the defective product with the same product, a refurbished product, or a comparable product of equal or greater value; or
· Provide another appropriate remedy where permitted by applicable law.
A valid proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.
Warranty Administration
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Source Entertainment reserves the right to inspect and evaluate any product submitted for warranty service and determine whether the reported defect or damage is covered under this Limited Warranty.
Subject to applicable local consumer protection laws, Game Source Entertainment reserves the right to make the final determination regarding warranty eligibility, coverage, and the appropriate remedy under this Limited Warranty.
Products found to be damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or other non-covered causes may be denied warranty service.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failures resulting from:
· Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect;
· Improper storage, transportation, or handling;
· Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration;
· Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or normal wear and tear;
· Damage caused by fire, water, natural disasters, or other external causes;
· Damage caused by use of the product contrary to accompanying instructions;
· Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers;
· Missing, damaged, or altered serial numbers, identification labels, security seals, or proof of purchase;
· Products returned without sufficient evidence to verify a manufacturing defect;
· Damage occurring during shipping where the product was not packaged appropriately by the customer;
· Damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control;
· Collector's Edition items that exhibit minor cosmetic variations, manufacturing tolerances, packaging imperfections, or other conditions that do not materially affect the intended functionality of the product;
· Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging wear, printing variations, paint inconsistencies, or manufacturing tolerances that do not materially affect the functionality of the product;
· Packaging materials, collector boxes, shrink wrap, outer sleeves, and other presentation materials that do not affect the functionality of the product;
· Downloadable content (DLC), digital codes, bonus redemption codes, online services, or promotional offers that have expired, been redeemed, or are otherwise unavailable;
· Limited-edition, bonus, promotional, or replacement items may be substituted with equivalent items of similar value when the original items are no longer available.
Compatibility Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant compatibility with consoles, hardware, software, accessories, operating system versions, firmware updates, or online services beyond those officially specified for the product.
Collector’s Edition Notice
Collector's Edition contents may vary slightly from promotional images, prototypes, mock-ups, or pre-production samples.
Software Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty applies only to the physical media and included physical components of the product.
The Company does not warrant that game software will operate uninterrupted or error-free on all hardware configurations. Software issues resulting from hardware failure, network conditions, system modifications, or third-party accessories are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty applies only in territories where the product is officially distributed by Game Source Entertainment or its authorized distribution partners.

This Limited Warranty is provided solely by Game Source Entertainment and not by the manufacturer of any game console, platform holder, or their respective affiliates.
